At Mello’z Customz, each item is made to order and often personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items once an order has been placed. This includes, but is not limited to:

Personalized or custom-designed products

Made-to-order items

Apparel, drinkware, signs, plaques, patches, and accessories

Items with custom names, colors, sizes, designs, or text
Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before submitting payment, including:

Spelling and personalization details

Colors, sizes, and design selections

Shipping information
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is correct.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement at our discretion. This does not apply to normal wear and tear or minor variations inherent to handmade/custom products.

Please note that slight variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur due to:

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
